It will develop a Hub by Premier Inn hotel, with total investment, including construction and related costs, of over £200m… On the back of Whitbread’s commitment to spending £200m to develop a Hub by Premier Inn with a Bar & Block restaurant attached on the Strand, interesting to note the company yesterday reporting that Simon Ewins, MD of Premier Inn UK, bought £30k worth of shares in the company at £25.31 per share.
