Revenue fell by 3% in the UK and by 2% in Europe but it grew by 9% in the Us and by 19% in the rest of the world. The company reports adjusted EBITDA up by 66% at £50.7m. PBT, after £5m of exceptional items, is £35.5m against £22.2m in the prior year. Diluted EPS is up by 58% at 20.85p and the dividend is up by 2% at 16.97p… • See premium. AG Barr has reported full year numbers to 25 Jan 2025 saying that revenues rose by 5.1% to £420.4m with adjusted PBT up by 15.8% at £58.5m and adjusted EPS up by 17.4% at 39.77p. The company reports a full year dividend of 16.86p, up 12.0% on last year… JDW reports this morning that it yesterday spent £3.9m in buying back some 705,000 of its own shares for cancellation at an average price of 555p. Just Eat Takeaway yesterday updated on the bid for the company saying ‘the Transaction has a compelling rationale, offering Just Eat Takeaway.com shareholders an attractive cash premium, while providing Prosus a unique opportunity to create an AI-first European tech champion.’ The company adds ‘with Prosus’ investment, technology and extensive expertise, Just Eat Takeaway.com will be well-positioned to strengthen its brands and operations, enhance its AI capabilities, and drive future growth well beyond its standalone potential….’ Red Engine, which runs the bars Flight Club and Electric Shuffle, yesterday reported its 2024 numbers saying that it ‘ended 2024 on a high, with sales totalling £77.1m, a 15% increase on 2023’s £66.8m.’ It says that system sales reached £118.3m…. • See premium.
